How to Save iOS 5.1.1 SHSH Blobs to use Them in Future [Download] It would be true to say that currently the whole of the jailbreak community is experiencing a perfect time as now, the Jailbreak for all of the iOS devices has been made available to the masses. They can save SHSH blobs on iOS 5.1.1 as the tool has been updated to 5.11.01. My iPad 2 is running on iOS 5.1.1 and I just want to downgrade. Can I do that? Cuz some people on the Internet say we could. Is there anyway you can download shsh blobs from the Internet. Link me to it.

The Cydia package installer is found on most jailbroken iOS devices. Whether you use iPhones, iTouches or iPads in your business, Cydia is essential for installing third-party apps that are not available in the app store. If you ever need to downgrade your firmware, the SHSH blobs will be needed. Blobs are the signatures that Apple uses to verfiy that you are installing the latest iOS. Fortunately, Cydia makes it easy to update SHSH blobs with very little effort. Each time you load Cydia, it will check for newer blobs and append them to the list automatically. The older blobs are never overwritten in case you ever need them again in the future.
2.Wait for the spinning 'Reloading Data' image to disappear. Your blobs are saved to Cydia's servers automatically.
3.Look at the top of the screen where it says 'SHSH' to confirm the update. The most recently updated blobs are displayed last in the list and will be in the form of a version number, for example 4.3.5 or 5.1.
Tip
- If the blobs aren't being saved in Cydia, make sure you're connected to the Internet before launching the app.
